About the Rotten Dead MC
The Club
The Rotten Dead MC was established by bikers in Korea looking for more of a biking experience than the existing riding clubs in Korea had to offer. Although there is nothing wrong, per se, with riding clubs, the founders of the Rotten Dead MC were looking for the type of brotherhood, security, support, and the type of relationships that do not exist in casual riding clubs. To paraphrase a motorcycle club cliche’, they wanted to be part of something where the patches are earned, not bought.
It would have been preferable and ideal to join and become part of an existing and established “three-patch club”. However, there were no real three-patch club existing in Korea at that time.
After carefully considering their options, the bikers decided to take the bold step of creating their own motorcycle club. Over the course of the following year, the Club founders spent countless hours preparing the Club’s by-laws, choosing the Club’s name, designing and producing the Club’s colors.
Although the Club is young by the standards of the well-established motorcycle clubs, the members of the Rotten Dead MC are no less committed to their brotherhood and lifestyle than are members of older clubs.
The Rotten Dead is not currently affiliated with any existing motorcycle club, nor does the Rotten Dead currently claim exclusive territorial control.
The Colors

The Rotten Dead MC is a two-piece patch club. The Rotten Dead MC colors consist of a top rocker bearing the Club’s name and a center patch bearing a decayed zombie head with gaping jaws in a single patch, a bottom rocker bearing the location of the Club, and a free-floating MC patch to the side of the main patch to complete the RDMC colors.
A zombie was chosen as the Club’s logo and central patch because the founders were both fans of zombie movies and as one of them put it, “zombies are cool.”
The name Rotten Dead was chosen both to describe the zombie as well as to signify that the motorcycle brotherhood survives beyond the grave. That sentiment, “brotherhood survives beyond the grave” was chosen as the Club’s motto.
The club’s colors are Purple and Gray, a good rotting flesh and pus color.
